1 July: Who was the first stand-up comic to play the venue?

Peter Kay held the final show of his Mum Wants a Bungalow Tour here on 1 July 2003, making him the first comedian to perform here.

9 July: Who performed to the biggest crowd?

Manchester Arena has a maximum capacity of 21,000, making it the largest indoor arenas in Europe. We change the layout of the Arena based on the show so we rarely have the space for all 21,000 people, but in our 20 year history we have had some huge crowds in here! Can you guess which artists have staged the biggest shows here by capcity?
